2025 Composition Day and Spring Recital

There were so many outstanding compositions this year! A total of eighteen students participated. Preporatory first place was Bentley Mills with "Jupiter's Rover', Elementary first place was Sadie Neal with "Sage", and Intermediate first place was Haley Storm with "Passing Stars Movement II". These students, along with several others, will have their pieces submitted to state competitions in February 2026. Special recognition for these students:

The Spring Recital was phenomenal, full of individual improvement and beautiful music. Several trophies were awarded for LFMC and compositions. A big thank you to ULM faculty and staff for the use of their wonderful facilties and Fazioli piano. Thank you Sims Bakery for those colorful and delicious cookies. Thank you to parents, guardians, family and friends for encouraging the students and for simply attending the recital. Your time is valuable. Thank you for making the time.
