Louisiana Federation of Music Clubs 2023

Thank you to the ULM faculty and staff for helping and allowing us to use the ULM facilities. It is greatly appreciated! We had a great turn out. Over 100 young musicians from Monroe and surrounding areas participated. I am pleased to announce that all the Academy's students received superior ratings! All the hard work, time, and effort definitely paid off. Well done all! Next year there will be an optional theory exam. Each student will take an exam according to their level. There will also hopefully be a recital and competition according to level at ULM after individual performances and ratings given by judges. I look forward to the next LFMC event! The Louisiana Federation of Music Clubs is affiliated with the National Federation of Music Clubs.
